Services that we provide under network support plan. |
Active Directory Services Support: |
Active Directory is a centralized and standardized system that automates network management of user data, security, and distributed resources, and enables interoperation with other directories. Active Directory is designed especially for distributed networking environments. |
What we do: We provide support for active directory database, recovery in case of data corruption, troubleshooting problems, creation and updating configuration of groups, users, OUs, group policy… |
Exchange Server Support: |
Microsoft Exchange Server is a messaging and collaborative software product developed by Microsoft. It is part of the Microsoft Servers line of server products and is widely used by enterprises using Microsoft infrastructure solutions. Exchange's major features consist of electronic mail, calendaring, contacts and tasks; support for mobile and web-based access to information; and support for data storage. |
What we do: We will support exchange server configuration, troubleshoot problems, optimize and maintain exchange information store databases, upgrade for latest working service packs and updates, fixing and recovery or reinstallation in case of a crash or corruption. |
Proxy Internet Server Support: |
Microsoft's ISA Server (Internet Security and Acceleration Server) is part of Microsoft's .NET support. ISA Server provides the two basic services of an enterprise firewall and a Web proxy/cache server. ISA Server's firewall screens all packet-level, circuit-level, and application-level traffic. The Web cache stores and serves all regularly accessed Web content in order to reduce network traffic and provide faster access to Web pages. |
What we do: We will support PROXY server by optimizing cache performance, maintaining or creating firewall policies, troubleshooting web access problems, fixing and recovery from a crash state. |
Site Link Support: |
Sites in Active Directory represent the physical structure, or topology, of your network. Active Directory uses topology information, stored as site and site link objects in the directory, to build the most efficient replication topology. You use Active Directory Sites and Services to define sites and site links. A site is a set of well-connected subnets. Sites differ from domains; sites represent the physical structure of your network, while domains represent the logical structure of your organization. |
What we do: We will maintain and support these links and fix replications issues between branches and assure that all data and or emails tracking are successful. |
SQL Server Support: |
SQL Server delivers on Microsoft’s Data Platform vision by helping your organization manage any data, any place and any time. Store data from structured, semi-structured and unstructured documents; such as images and rich media directly within the database. SQL Server delivers a rich set of integrated services that enable you to do more with your data such as query, search, synchronize, report, and analyze. SQL Server provides the highest levels of security, reliability, and scalability for your business-critical applications. |
What we do: We will support SQL server by maintaining databases, fixing problems, reinstallation, upgrade to latest service packs and updates available. |

Network Services Support: |
DNS: Domain Name System, A DNS server hosts the information that enables client computers to resolve memorable, alphanumeric DNS names to the IP addresses that computers use to communicate with each other.
WINS: Windows Internet Name Service, The WINS enables the server computer to act as a NetBIOS name server and register and resolve names for WINS-enabled client computers on your network as described in the NetBIOS over TCP/IP standards.
DHCP: Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol, (DHCP) is an IP standard designed to reduce the complexity of administering address configurations by using a server computer to centrally manage IP addresses and other related configuration details used on your network.
RAS: Remote access Services, The remote access features enable remote or mobile workers to access corporate networks as if they were directly connected. Remote access also provides virtual private network (VPN) services so that users can access corporate networks over the Internet.
IIS: Internet Information Services, IIS provides integrated, reliable, scalable, secure, and manageable Web server capabilities over an intranet, the Internet, or an extranet. |
What we do: We will maintain and support these network services, fix related problems, and setup configurations. |
